Terms and Conditions of Payment and Cancellation for Hotel Bookings
If you have made an early reservation up to 11 days before arrival or a group booking for more than four hotel rooms, we may send you a bill for advance payment via e-mail. After receiving your bill, please transfer the advance payment of 50% of the total price to our account (within 8 days!). Any transfer fees must be borne by the payer.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made via e-mail to info[at]schwarzenbruch.com!
For hotel bookings made at short notice within 10 days before arrival
- Cancellations made between the booking and up to 48 hours before arrival are free of charge.
- 50% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival.
- If you fail to arrive at the hotel without cancelling your stay, you will be charged the full price of your booking and will receive a bill that must be paid within 10 days. If you terminate your stay, you have no entitlement whatsoever to a refund or credit for the paid booking amount.
If you cancel your booking and have already made an advance payment, we will offset this against any cancellation fees that may apply and refund you any remaining credit as soon as possible. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
For hotel bookings made further in advance within 89 to 11 days before arrival
- Cancellations made between the booking and up to seven days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made six days or less before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
- If you fail to arrive at the hotel without cancelling your stay, you will be charged the full price of your booking and will receive a bill that must be paid within 10 days. If you terminate your stay, you have no entitlement whatsoever to a refund or credit for the paid booking amount.

For hotel bookings made well in advance within 90 days before arrival
- Cancellations made between the booking and up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made six days or less before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
- If you fail to arrive at the hotel without cancelling your stay, you will be charged the full price of your booking and will receive a bill that must be paid within 10 days. If you terminate your stay, you have no entitlement whatsoever to a refund or credit for the paid booking amount.

Cancellation conditions for booked arrangements
- Cancellations made between the booking and up to 90 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made 89 days up to 30 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price.
- Cancellations made 29 days up to 7 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
- Cancellations made 6 days or less before arrival or If you fail to arrive at the hotel without cancelling your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price of your booking and will receive a bill that must be paid within 10 days. If you terminate your stay, you have no entitlement whatsoever to a refund or credit for the paid booking amount.
